TOP COSMETIC & COLLISION REPAIRS

Once the evaluation of your vehicle has been completed, it moves into the body shop, where we remove all parts requiring separate repair or replacement and perform body and structural repair work. Meanwhile, all repair work undergoes a rigorous quality control inspection. 

Due to a nationwide shortage of automotive parts, some clients may experience delays in getting their vehicles repaired in the most time-efficient manner. Your ProFinish Advisor will keep you abreast of parts availability and parts options throughout the repair process. 

Once your collision repair is completed, we then prepare for painting your vehicle. We match the correct paint using state-of-the-art paint mixing technology. Your vehicle is then polished and prepared for reassembly before entering another quality control checkpoint. 

Your vehicle returns to the body shop where it is reassembled with lights, grills, AC components or other garnishes, and other parts involved in your repair. Once assembled, it enters a final quality control check to ensure all authorized repair work is completed and that the job reflects our standard of excellence.

This is our favorite part of the process.  Your vehicle gets a full detail including vacuum and wash.  We take this opportunity to double check our work and make sure your vehicle has that ProFinish!

Once your repair is complete, one of our Advisors will contact you and invite you in for the final inspection and any final paperwork. Your service advisor will review the vehicle and repairs side-by-side before completing the final documentation and handing back your keys.
